⁣2. Winner must respond within 24 hours after giveaway bundle winner announced on December 13th to claim the giveaway bundle.⁣

Terms and Conditions:

  • Members and non-members may enter to win!
  • The bundle cannot be exchanged for a cash prize.
  • Cannot trade out the prizes. You can share your bundle with friends and family.
  • Winners must be following our page, like or love a post publicly share at least one post, & tag at least 3 friends.
  • Winner will be notified on our official Facebook & Instagram Page, and they must respond by 5pm EST on December 14th to claim the giveaway bundle. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in disqualification.
  • Participants grant Bluegrass Direct Primary Care for the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. 
  • By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. 
  • Must Show Valid ID to claim prize at our office.
  • Must be 18 years or older to play because of a few of the package bundle prizes.
